Three or five white glass shades, each shaped like a persimmon, hang from curved brass arms around a wood stem. Lit, the glass glows soft and even with no hot spot. Off, the brass and wood still read as a finished piece over a dining table, a living room or a wide hallway.
The 3-light frame is 26.8 inches across and the 5-light frame 30.7 inches, both 16.7 inches tall, with each shade 8.7 inches wide. The stem comes in Walnut, the darker tone, or Natural wood, the lighter one. A 19.7 inch hanging rod is included, made of two parts, so the drop can be set shorter.
The Persimmon chandelier is hardwired and works on a standard wall switch. Each arm takes an E26 bulb up to 7W LED or an Edison-style filament bulb. Warm bulbs around 2700K suit the brass. Bulbs are not included. Indoor use only, not for bathrooms or damp rooms.

The room
At 26.8 inches across, the 3-light covers a table for four to six without crowding the ceiling. The 5-light, at 30.7 inches, suits a table for six to eight or a larger living room. The shades throw light down and out, so the light falls on faces at the table.
In a living room it hangs at the centre and lights the whole room on its own. The 16.7 inch height suits a standard 8 or 9 foot ceiling.
